The "Who" and "What" of Five Element Acupuncture

Life can throw anyone out of balance. Acupuncture can be utilized by practically everyone at any stage of life and any background – marathoners to executives to busy mothers. Classical Five Element Acupuncture aids acute or chronic health concerns as well as those who seek long-term general wellness.

Many times patients turn to acupuncture after frustrating interactions with standard medical treatments for injury or disease. Instead of chasing symptoms, Classical Five Element Acupuncture seeks to understand the interplay of a person’s physical body, the mind and the spirit that’s giving rise to dis-ease. We will discuss at length not just your present health concerns, but we will delve into your complete health history. Kate’s intent is to diagnose and treat the underlying causes that will support your recovery back to a full and healthy life.

While no two cases are the same, Classical Five Element Acupuncture benefits a wide variety of conditions such as women’s health issues, low energy, fatigue, headaches, stress and anxiety, gastrointestinal disorders such as nausea and indigestion, and sleeping issues. Other examples include pain management for low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, knee pain, sports or other injuries.

Whether you are wrestling with a serious condition or looking to improve your overall health and well-being, Kate will use Classical Five Element Acupuncture to remind your body, mind and spirit how to make the healing connections within you.
